Talk: The Global Democratisation of Science Education

Graduated top of my class four years in a row, jumped to receive my PhD from the university of Sheffield to be the youngest lecturer in my faculty. My PhD studies was focused on human-computer interaction and user experience. Together with my belief in adopting technology for improving education and enabling equal opportunities, I’ve founded and am currently managing PraxiLabs with an amazing team who have the same vision as I do. This is my true passion and my daily quest.

Alden Zecha, Founding Partner at consulting firm We Scale Impact, focuses on assisting clients with strategy, finance and operations especially in the emerging markets leveraging 30+ years of broad-range executive expertise and work in 35+ countries. Alden is also a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE) at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Previously he founded Sproxil which targeted reducing pharmaceutical counterfeiting and grew it to profitable operations in 7 countries across Africa and South Asia. He has spoken at the U.S. White House on entrepreneurship.
